Our Methodologies

Methodologies that Russona Consulting uses in the delivery of project management services are combined from a number of internationally known and approved standards such as the Project Management Institute (PMI®) based on the U.S.A. and AXELOS (formerly the Office of Government Commerce – OGC) in the U.K. Both of these organizations provide a family of standards addressing the key domain areas of Portfolio, Program / Programme, and Project Management. In addition, AXELOS also supports the internationally recognized Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) standards to support today’s organizations in the critical IT Service Management (ITSM) field.
